Services and Fees

Services include:

 

• Medical records review

• Writing of consulting opinion

• Review of autopsy report and ancillary studies (e.g. microscopic slides, toxicology report)

• Providing testimony by deposition or court (including preparation and travel)

• Consultations by phone or in person

• Correspondence by phone or email billed in increments of 10 minutes

• Correspondence by text messages billed in 5 minute increments

 

Fees are billed by Anchor Forensic Pathology and are payable by certified check, money order, or wire transfer. w9 is always provided. 

 

Unpaid invoices past 60 days will be accessed a late fee of $5.00 per day.
